We offer a full refund on the purchase price of our teas and supplement formulas at any time. Yup, you read that right! We are so confident that our products will work for you that we’re putting our money where our mouth is. No returns and no hassles for opened inventory. We make it easy!

To process a return for un-opened inventory (because hey, someone else could definitely still use it), please email support@stone-relief.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at support@stone-relief.com
